Our Services are designed to improve liquidity and trading conditions for cryptocurrency tokens on various exchanges.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where our Services are prohibited
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account and API Access

4.1 API Keys

To utilize our market making services, you may need to provide API access to your exchange accounts. You agree to:

• Only provide API keys with the minimum permissions required for our services
• Never provide withdrawal permissions unless explicitly required and agreed upon
• Maintain the security of your exchange accounts
• Immediately notify us of any suspected security breaches

4.2 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The security of your exchange accounts and API keys
• Ensuring sufficient funds are available for trading
• Compliance with exchange terms of service
• Accurate information provided to us

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Service Fees

Our current pricing structure is:

• CEX Market Making: Starting at $500/month
• DEX Market Making: Starting at $1,000/month
• Enterprise: Custom pricing based on requirements

5.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are due in advance on a monthly basis
• No setup fees or hidden costs
• Payments may be made in cryptocurrency or fiat currency as agreed
• Refunds are not provided for partial months of service

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Exchange outages or technical issues
• Network congestion or blockchain issues
• Force majeure events

7. No Guarantees

Important: We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:

• Trading volume levels
• Price performance or stability
• Profitability or returns
• Token ranking improvements

Market making improves liquidity and market structure, but results depend on market conditions, token fundamentals, and overall market sentiment. Any provider guaranteeing specific numbers should be viewed with skepticism.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and materials provided through our Services are owned by MXM and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or algorithms
• Reverse engineer our trading systems
• Use our branding without written permission
• Resell or sublicense our Services

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not:

• Share your project details with third parties
• Disclose your trading strategies or volume data
• Use your information for marketing without consent

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information about our Services, methodologies, or pricing structures.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of our Services at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately if:

• You breach these Terms
• Your token is involved in fraudulent activity
• You fail to pay fees when due
• Continued service would violate applicable laws

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three months
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for losses resulting from market conditions, exchange failures, or blockchain issues
• We are not liable for any trading losses or missed opportunities

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MXM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any third-party claims related to your token or project

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• If negotiations fail, binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our Services. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
